Delores A. Bishop is a decorative artist with over twenty years experience. She is certified as one of Donna Dewberry’s Elite One Stroke Instructors. She is also certified as a William Alexander instructor. A member of the Baltimore Watercolor Society, Maryland Art League, and Society of Decorative Painters, Bel Air, Maryland chapter. Listed in the 23rd edition of Who’s Who of American Women. Dot teaches classes in acrylics, oils, and watercolor. She creates murals and decorative painting for commercial and private homes.
